All tickets are non-transferable.
- 100% refund by January 23rd, 2018
- 50% refund by February 23rd, 2018
- After February 23rd, all passes are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancelled or postponed event, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. If an event is cancelled, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If the event is moved or rescheduled, we will give you the alternate dates so you can attend. If you can not attend, then a refund will be issued.
