Jerry Tennant, MD
, is board certified in Ophthalmology and Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery. At one time, as one of the top three ophthalmologic surgeons in the country, Dr. Tennant’s illustrious career included serving as director of Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery Clinic at Parkland Hospital, founder/director of Dallas Eye Institute and co-founder of the Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgical Society. He received a PhD (hon.) in anthropology and from Orden De Santiago Apóstol. He was a recipient of the Corboy Award for Advancements in Ophthalmology and American Academy of Ophthalmology Award. These achievements included developing new protocols for outpatient cataract surgery that led to same-day, outpatient surgery, saving Medicare millions of dollars. He was also a principal researcher for the Excimer laser surgery on eyes.
After falling ill from viral side effects following this research, Dr. Tennant was forced to close his practice. Allopathic medicine was unable to help him to get well. Sleeping 16 hours a day for seven years, Dr. Tennant started researching how to make one cell healthy. His theory was if he could make one cell healthy, then he could figure out how to make the whole body healthy. This started him on the path of studying voltage and healing. Dr. Tennant is now one of the leading authorities on Healing and Voltage.
For nearly two decades, Dr. Tennant has focused his practice on Energetic and Integrative Medicine. Dr. Tennant holds over 13 patents for medical devices including intraocular lenses, surgical instruments and other devices including the Tennant Biomodulator PLUS and PRO and Tennant Biotransducer (which converts the Biomodulator frequencies into a PEMF and Scalar delivery).
Dr. Tennant is the author of Healing is Voltage: The Handbook, Healing is Voltage Textbook, Healing is Voltage: Healing Eye Diseases, Healing is Voltage, Acupuncture Muscle Batteries: An Atlas and Healing is Voltage, Cancer's On/Off Switches: Polarity. These books are based on his personal experience and continuous energetic medical research. Dr. Tennant's objective is to inform patients and practitioners how the body requires voltage to make new cells to maintain health and wellness, as well as incorporate traditional medicine with integrative medicine for better results.
Although not a Catholic, Dr. Tennant was awarded the Order of Saint Sylvester by Pope Benedict XVI in 2008 for his contributions in medicine. He holds a doctorate of natural medicine license from the Board of Pastoral Medical Association; is licensed by the Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medicine Examiners in Arizona; and is a current member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
